You retain all rights to the content you stream through our Platform. By using the Platform, you grant us a limited license to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of providing our services.

Our Content

The Platform and its original content (excluding user content), features, and functionality are owned by myLive.pro and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Third-Party Platforms

Our Platform allows you to connect and stream to third-party platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, etc.). You acknowledge that:

• You must comply with the terms of service of each connected platform
• We are not responsible for the actions or policies of third-party platforms
• Third-party platforms may change their APIs or terms at any time
• Your use of third-party platforms is at your own risk

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Platform require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as described at the time of purchase
• Provide accurate billing information
• Authorize recurring charges for subscription plans

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy.

8. Service Availability
